Researches & Moodboard:

At first, I was trying to find brands that have a brand identity and style I like, which is more vintage and retro style, also something I didn't try before. I also tried to find brands that don't really use motion graphics for advertisements or any kind of promotional videos. I also searched for local brands which Mr.Fauzi recommended to start with. 

Finally, after a consultation we decided Dapo will be a nice approach, Mr.Fauzi mentioned that this brand showcase more of the product, this kind of brand usually wanted people to see their products more, so I can choose either one of the signature product to start with. We both agreed to use the Alas Coaster with the geometrical shapes on it, which have more potential to add animation. 

For the art direction, I go for a more simple and smooth animation style, and use same the color palette as the brand, I also used the bgm they used but added some sound effects which more signifies their brand.
